Flovio was founded in 2018 for the love of the sport. Our fuel is genuine enthusiasm and belief in the power of continuous improvement and process management.
Over the years, we have seen how process-oriented thinking helps to create clarity and structures. Process lenses help both in solving tricky problems and simplify the management of cross-functional activities. Through our own operations, we want to ensure that process-oriented thinking can be applied in practice through the processes and operating models we create together with our customers, utilizing data and technologies as applicable.
Our vision is to create a world where everyone can take part in improving their everyday life in their organization. We understand that not everyone (yet) wants to be a process developer. However, we believe that it is possible to create an operating environment in every organization, where both the top management and experts find the process-oriented improvement of their own and their customers' everyday life both rewarding and easy.
